Montecito lies just east of the City of Santa Barbara. This gracious town has it all- breathtakingly beautiful views of the mountains and ocean, sun-dappled lanes, and a charming village lifestyle. This intimate town boast its own beach, Butterfly beach, and has a feel all its own. Little cafes and boutiques run through the central street, Coast Village Road, with tons of places to wine, dine, and have a good time. The city has a population near 10,000 residents and is among one of the wealthiest communities in the United States.
